Product Description
The AD9467‑JTL is a 16‑bit, 250 MSPS A/D converter, implemented as a monolithic integrated circuit fabricated in CMOS technology. It features a pipelined architecture and operates from supply voltages of 3.3 V and 1.8 V. Internally, it incorporates functional blocks such as a front‑end buffer, pipeline stages, logic‑based calibration, output I/O, clock‑processing circuitry, output control, and a reference voltage source. Its primary function is to convert an input analog signal into a 16‑bit parallel digital output, making it well suited for acquiring high‑frequency, wideband signals.
This product features a plastic‑encapsulated QFN72 package with external dimensions of 10.0 mm × 10.0 mm × 0.85 mm and can functionally replace Analog Devices’ AD9467.
