Product Description
This product is a 4-channel, 16-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with a sampling rate of 125 MSPS, specifically designed for low power consumption, compact size, and flexible usability. It delivers a maximum conversion rate of 125 MSPS, offering excellent dynamic performance and ultra-low power characteristics, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
This ADC operates from a single 1.8 V supply and accepts a sampling clock signal compatible with LVPECL, CMOS, and LVDS. It meets system requirements without the need for an external reference voltage source or driver.
Supports independent shutdown of each internal channel; with all channels disabled, typical power consumption is less than 14 mW. This ADC integrates multiple features, including a programmable clock output, data alignment, and the generation of digital test patterns. Available digital test patterns include fixed test codes and pseudo‑random test codes built into the AD9653‑JTL, and it also supports user‑defined test patterns via the serial peripheral interface (SPI).
This product is packaged in a 48‑pin QFN package, and the ADC is rated for an operating temperature range of –40°C to +85°C.
This product is a plug‑and‑play replacement for the AD9653 from Analog Devices, Inc. of the United States.
